spaghetti How it works.
Market validation, done for you

See what sticks.

You give us an idea you haven't built yet. We build it a real website in several versions, send real buyers to it for six months, and track who signs up. You get the data, a plain report, and a straight answer on whether it has pull, before you spend a cent building it.

02 · who runs this

Two people run your test. Not a junior, not a team you never meet.

Laurie Nicol
Founder
  • Founder of Tendl, an AI platform helping businesses win government contracts. Took it from a raw idea to a live product with paying customers.
  • Has made the exact call this service exists for: which ideas get built, which get dropped, and what the evidence has to show before anyone spends real money.
  • Reads your results the way a founder does, because the time and capital on the line have been Laurie's own.
Stuart Herbert
Marketing Lead
  • A career in marketing and advertising, most of it spent making early-stage products make sense to the people meant to buy them.
  • Writes the versions of your idea and runs the ads behind them, so every test page is a real argument for your idea, not filler.
  • Knows the difference between a page that failed and an ad that never reached the right people, and tells you which one happened.

We build your site, run the ads, and write your report. Nobody gets handed off. When a sign-up comes in, we see it the same day.

03 · what we actually measure

An idea alone gives you nothing. We make sure it has legs.

A page with no sign-ups can mean two opposite things: people saw it and said no, or nobody ever saw it. We cover both. Several versions of your page, plus paid, relevant traffic, so a no actually means no.

Each version sells your idea a different way: on credibility, on the problem, on timing, or on price. Whichever wins tells you not just whether people want it, but why.

the credibility angle
Does this market buy on trust?
Credentials, track record, who's behind it. The version you're reading now.
the problem angle
Is the problem actually felt?
Name the pain in the market's own words. Watch who reacts.
the timing angle
Does timing pressure convert?
The shift, the early movers, the cost of being late.
the price angle
Does the plain maths convert?
Outcome, price, comparison. Wallet-out behaviour.

Same idea, same offer, same sign-up. Four different arguments. Which one wins tells you what kind of market you have.

We've tested 1,457 ideas and told the founders to drop them. They kept their money.

Finding out early is the point. Here it costs six months and a small budget. The alternative costs a year of building and a team's salaries.

04 · the proof

Don't take our word for it. Watch our own test run.

We run Spaghetti on itself. This page is one of four versions, and one of the 981 test sites live right now. Its real data is below, updated weekly. Flat weeks stay on the chart.

05 · what you get and what it costs

Six months. One clear answer. No surprises.

weeks 1 to 2
We build it.
A real website for your idea, in several versions, with a domain, a name and a simple logo. You approve the words. We do the rest.
weeks 3 to 24
We drive real traffic.
Google ads and search send relevant people to your page. Once a month you get a plain report: who came, which version won, what they searched, and what we'd do next.
week 26
You get your answer.
The data, a written report, and a straight call: build it, change it, or drop it. Knowing early is the win.
$1,000 per idea, per month. Six month minimum. Most people test three ideas at once. It's the cheap way to find out.
